For All Reservations:The unique nature of our Lodge requires a very stringent cancellation policy.

• Within 10 days of booking, we require 50% of your reservation cost as a down payment.
• The remaining balance for your reservation is due and payable 30 days prior to your reservations arrival date.
• The down payment will be refundeded in full if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date.
• Refund of a reservation down payment for lodging, meals or guides reserved, with a notice of less than 30 days cancellation prior to the first day of your reservation(arrival date)date, will be extended only if the reserved lodging, meals or guides can be rented or reserved to another customer on those same dates. There can be no exceptions to this policy, regardless of the circumstances.
